Transformational Therapy®
The beliefs you form ultimately determine how you live your life, therefore if you have limiting/negative beliefs your decisions, self worth, how you see the world and more can be affected.
Beliefs are stored in your subconscious mind, so in order to change your beliefs, your practitioner will access your subconscious mind through hypnotherapy and RTT®.
You will be taken back through the corridors of your memory to gain an understanding of and insight into your beliefs, and thus access the root cause of your issues through direct dialogue with your subconscious mind.
By undergoing this process they will also be able to understand how, why
and when beliefs were formed. Once this information is retrieved,
your limited beliefs and old habits can be removed and replaced with new positive beliefs and habits that benefit you and your life!
This process is called neuroplasticity and is essentially a process of re-wiring and re-firing neurons in your brain.
